Xantara Civils (Pty) Ltd (formally Xantara Cobble CC) was established in Knysna in the center of the Western Cape Garden Route, in 2005. Initially manufacturing Cobble Pavers it has developed into a major supplier of Quality Concrete Products for the building of local housing and roads. It continues to serve the Domestic applications of Paving and Walling with an expanded product range.
The Company operates out of 3 production units. The largest is situated in the Robberg Quarry in Plettenberg Bay where we machine manufacture varying sizes of building blocks, bricks and wall retainers as well as lintels and road kerbs. An abridged range is available from the Hadeda St unit in Knysna. The original unit in Fechter St, Knysna, is our main depot, sales office and it still continues with the making of the ever-popular Xantara Cobble.
The Company, with its 12 years of experience has a facility to customize the products to the specific needs of the Customer or the Architect. Creating new shapes and blending colour as desired and where practical.
While custom work is the heart of our activity we have the capacity to meet the demands for a reliable product for major projects calling on our extensive stock to meet needs.
